School re-opens on Wednesday, 3rd September
Half Term - Monday, 27th October - Friday, 31st October
School re-opens on Monday, 3rd November
School closed on Monday, 8th December
School closes on Friday, 19th December - 2.15PM Finish
Spring Term 2009
School re-opens on Monday, 5th January
Half Term - Monday, 16th February - Friday, 20th February
School re-opens on Monday, 23rd February
School closes on Friday, 3rd April - 2.15PM Finish
Summer Term 2009
School re-opens on Monday, 20th April
May Day Holidays - Friday, 1st May and Monday 4th May
Exam Week - All Junior Classes - 11th May - 15th May
Half Term - Monday, 25th May - Friday 29th May
School re-opens on Monday, 1st June
School closes on Friday, 17th July - 2.15PM Finish
If
you are thinking of booking a holiday, please consult the above holiday list
and stick to school holidays. Removing children from school during term time
for a family holiday is strongly opposed by the school, governors, Authority
and the Government. We have always
strongly discouraged term time holidays and now have the power to fine parents
who insist on taking term time holidays with their children.
We now only authorise 10 days holiday during any Key
Stage, i.e. 10 days during the infant period of Years 1 & 2 and 10 days
during the junior period of Years 3-6.
